Vernell Hooks has traded the 8,000 square foot single-tenant industrial building located at 2442 NW Dallas St in Grand Prairie to Top Notch Door Services Inc. who plan to occupy the property.

Details of the September 2021 transaction were not disclosed. Payne Pittman of PMW Realty Partners marketed the property, procured the Buyer, and facilitated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, Vernell Hooks in the direct deal.

Controls and Components Inc., an Atlanta-based air compressor part distributor has entered the Dallas-Fort Worth market after finalizing terms on approximately 8,000 square feet of industrial space at 803 Great Southwest Parkway. This is the company’s first location in Dallas-Fort Worth.
