Payne Pittman
Payne Pittman serves as a Senior Vice President and co-founder of PMW Realty Partners, a full-service real estate brokerage firm specializing in advisory and transactional services for industrial, office, and commercial properties.
Prior to the formation of PMW Realty, Payne served as an Advisor in the industrial division of SVN | Dunn Commercial Management, Inc focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial assets throughout Texas. While in school, Payne also interned as a summer analyst at Apex One Investment Partners in Houston, TX.
Throughout his career, Payne has continually worked to bring added value to each client in all phases of the commercial real estate transaction process.
Dan Morris
Dan Morris is a Senior Vice President and co-founder of PMW Realty Partners specializing in sales and leasing of commercial properties. His primary focus is Industrial, office, self-storage, and land properties throughout Dallas/Ft. Worth and Texas. Mr. Morris also has assisted both creditors and debtors in complex Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases involving property transactions.
He has completed over $100 Million in property sales and lease transactions since obtaining his license in 2013. Annually Mr. Morris has consistently proven to be a top producer. Prior to co-founding PMW Realty Partners, Mr. Morris worked with SVN Dunn Commercial for over six years. In 2018 and 2019 Mr. Morris was awarded the top producer award for sales and leasing with over $20 million annually in transactions. This 2018 accomplishment named him one of the top 100 Advisors for all of SVN International, and the prestigious Presidents Circle Award. In 2019 Mr. Morris received top producer award and an achiever award from SVN International along with the SVN Certified Industrial Specialist designation.
Mr. Morris is very tenacious and professional, and provides his clients a no nonsense approach to transactions. Dan provides personalized service and leverages his market and industry experience to navigate the most complicated transactions for his clients. Mr. Morris also has experience in complex bankruptcy cases involving real estate.
Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Morris owned and operated a successful heavy equipment sales and leasing company, and spent eight years as a commercial real estate developer. This provided Mr. Morris vast experience in construction, land valuation processes, and navigating city, county, and state regulatory requirements. This expertise allows Mr. Morris to understand the unique needs of each of his clients and provide value and consultation beyond that of the average real estate broker. Mr. Morris graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwood University with two bachelor degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration. After graduation, he worked at Halliburton Industries for five years as a network systems analyst. Mr. Morris is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, North Texas Commercial Associations of Realtors. Mr. Morris is an avid scuba diver, fisherman, and hunter who loves to travel.
He is also an active philanthropist and has been a member of Dallas Children’s Charities since 2011. He currently lives in Southlake, Texas with his two children.
Lee Wandel
Lee Wandel is a cofounder of PMW Realty Partners, a full-service commercial brokerage firm specializing in transaction and advisory services for office, industrial, and commercial land assets.
Lee began his real estate career specializing in office and industrial assets located in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. While Lee has experience working with various commercial real estate asset types, he feels that specialization allows him the opportunity to provide exceptional service to his clients.
Focusing primarily on the Arlington/Mansfield and HEB/Mid-Cities submarkets, Lee brings value to a commercial transaction by providing a levelheaded approach, meticulous attention to detail and an encyclopedic knowledge of the market.
Lee represents both Landlords and Tenants throughout the leasing process, as well as Buyers and Sellers during the acquisition or disposition of office and industrial assets. This full service approach allows Lee the ability to network with, learn from, work with, and provide commercial real estate services to numerous individuals at all levels of the commercial real estate spectrum. Before the formation of PMW Realty Partners, Lee was an Advisor with SVN | Dunn Commercial in Arlington where he advised clients on the lease and sales of office assets.
As an Arlington, Texas native, Lee grew up watching his hometown grow and continue to develop into what it is today. He is also a graduate from The University of Texas at Arlington, by way of Texas Tech University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Finance Degree. While completing his undergraduate studies at
UTA, Lee decided that commercial real estate was where he wanted to make his mark.
Lee is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is also an avid fan of all DFW professional sports teams and enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelsey, their son, William and their silver lab, Oliver.
