Prior to the founding of PMW Realty Partners, Payne Pittman, Dan Morris, and Lee Wandel worked at SVN, one of the premier international commercial real estate services firms. During this time, the founders of PMW were regularly acknowledged as top producers in sales and leasing with over $200 million in closed transactions. Additionally, the founders were awarded designations like SVN Certified Industrial Specialist along with other company-wide awards for office, industrial, and investment sales production.
